Great product combined with great customer service
WOW! I was really happy with the pergola Reliable Shutter and Screen built for me. It was a pleasure working with them and I would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their patio. Their customer service and attention to detail was superb!!!
Exactly what I wanted
Aflat roof is exactly what I wanted for rain and sun protection over a small patio. City permits handled by RSS. HOA's by me. Jeff, sales rep., pleasant and knowledgeable; showed me structure samples. Encouraged calling or e-mail if any questions; contact returned within the hour. Phoned ahead if he would be late foe appointments. Manageable payment plan. Sam and Matt, who assembled the structure, were very informative, pleasant, and professional. Did a great job. I have had many complements on this new addition to my place. Highly recommended !

canopy
Steve and his crews for reliable shutters & screen did our all white contemporary canopy on our backyard,from permitting to completion take about 30 days. we had the canopy a year now and is still look brand new, and admired by our neighbors .... we will use him again.
*Excellent Work on Patio Screen Enclosure/Florida Room*
We needed a screen enclosure in the patio. Although it took longer than expected due to delays with the city's permit and my community's association, my husband and I were happy with the end result. The enclosure is firm and sturdy and beautiful and we are happy. I strongly recommend this company.

Great product and customer service
I had a covered patio screened in. When finished a few cosmetic things did not meet my satisfaction. I was pleasantly surprised when they did not meet Steve's satisfaction either. The areas of concern were quickly fixed and now everything looks great. I can tell you the owner of this company cares about the work product his team produces.

What a pleasant surprise. I have had a nightmare with contractors since I moved to south FL so I assumed that Reliable was just like the rest. I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism I encountered with this company. From the salesman Nick to the install, everything went smooth as promised. What I beautiful job!!!

From the very beginning it was a real pleasure working with Nick. Unlike other companies, he cane with samples and so much better information about the products and what would work best for my needs. And instead of just standing at the door and giving me a quote based on a couple of measurements, Nick measured everything and took his time making sure he got it all done correctly. The only problem we had was with getting all the approvals from the city, county and state, but Reliable kept pushing until everything was approved. The workmanship on this enclosure is amazing, beautiful and strong! We are so happy we went with Reliable from Nick to the installation crew who did an amazing job by working from morning until dark and all weekend as well to create a beautiful addition to our home that looks like it was there from the beginning and not just an add-on that looks like an afterthought. The Siberians cats have really loved being able to go out their own door and run and play out there and even when they tried to climb up the screen, it did not even pull or damage the product in any way. We love this enclosure and working with Nick was awesome and a no-brainer when it came time to decide which company to choose. Thank you Reliable for seeing this through from concept to finished product. We could not be more pleased!

This is really a reliable company! I chose this company for several reasons. He responded back quickly, he answered all my questions on the phone and through text many of times (I had many questions), a contract was in place, I didn’t have to send a deposit to guarantee a date (like some companies), and the pricing beat many companies I contacted (that was a big plus!!!!). They arrived on time with the materials without me giving them a deposit. Once they arrived (on time) I gave a deposit. My patio looks beautiful! No open cracks sealed! You will not go wrong choosing this company. Thank you again Reliable Patio you guys did awesome work!

It was a long time coming, waiting for the shortage of aluminum materials to pass...but once they got started, they built us a beautiful permanent awning...Just the way we wanted. Their crew worked quickly, expertly, really knew what they were doing.
And before we knew it, they were done, and hauled away the old roll-out awning and all their trash.
We really liked working with them and they did an awesome job.

I just replaced my dated screened patio with a beautiful new Pergola and could not be more pleased. From start to finish, they remained in constant contact, kept timeframes and I must say every employee I dealt with was knowledgeable and skilled.

We had a great experience working with Reliable Shutters & Screens. Prior to using them, we had used Tiki Screens (in 1984) who are no longer in business but Reliable took over their business. They were good at scheduling the install in a timely manner. John & Devon did the job and were very neat and quiet. As they worked, they asked us to check on things to be sure it was to our liking. The new screens, frames and doors look great. The new screen will hopefully keep out the nasty no-see-ums. We were happy that was an option. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
