Great product combined with great customer service
WOW! I was really happy with the pergola Reliable Shutter and Screen built for me. It was a pleasure working with them and I would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their patio. Their customer service and attention to detail was superb!!!
Exactly what I wanted
Aflat roof is exactly what I wanted for rain and sun protection over a small patio. City permits handled by RSS. HOA's by me. Jeff, sales rep., pleasant and knowledgeable; showed me structure samples. Encouraged calling or e-mail if any questions; contact returned within the hour. Phoned ahead if he would be late foe appointments. Manageable payment plan. Sam and Matt, who assembled the structure, were very informative, pleasant, and professional. Did a great job. I have had many complements on this new addition to my place. Highly recommended !

canopy
Steve and his crews for reliable shutters & screen did our all white contemporary canopy on our backyard,from permitting to completion take about 30 days. we had the canopy a year now and is still look brand new, and admired by our neighbors .... we will use him again.
*Excellent Work on Patio Screen Enclosure/Florida Room*
We needed a screen enclosure in the patio. Although it took longer than expected due to delays with the city's permit and my community's association, my husband and I were happy with the end result. The enclosure is firm and sturdy and beautiful and we are happy. I strongly recommend this company.

Great product and customer service
I had a covered patio screened in. When finished a few cosmetic things did not meet my satisfaction. I was pleasantly surprised when they did not meet Steve's satisfaction either. The areas of concern were quickly fixed and now everything looks great. I can tell you the owner of this company cares about the work product his team produces.

What a pleasant surprise. I have had a nightmare with contractors since I moved to south FL so I assumed that Reliable was just like the rest. I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism I encountered with this company. From the salesman Nick to the install, everything went smooth as promised. What I beautiful job!!!
